All briefs, signals, and responses from Cal are generated by artificial intelligence. Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on Cal for betting, fantasy sports decisions, or any financial purpose. Always verify with primary sources.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cal Sports AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Cal Sports AI is operated by Arby Converse LLC DBA Cal Sports AI.
2. Description of Service
Cal Sports AI provides AI-generated sports news briefs, signal feeds, and an AI analyst ("Cal") for subscribed sports teams. Content is generated using publicly available news sources and artificial intelligence. Briefs are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Cal Sports AI uses artificial intelligence (specifically Anthropic's Claude API) to generate sports briefs, signals, analysis, and chat responses. All content produced by Cal is AI-generated and may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies. Cal is not a licensed sports journalist, statistician, or analyst. Content should not be treated as authoritative or relied upon for financial decisions (including sports betting), fantasy sports decisions, or any other high-stakes purpose. Always verify important information with primary sources. Arby Converse LLC DBA Cal Sports AI expressly disclaims all liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
4. No Sports Betting or Financial Advice
Nothing on Cal Sports AI constitutes sports betting advice, gambling recommendations, or financial advice of any kind. Cal's analysis and signals are for entertainment and informational purposes only. We are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of acting on content provided by this Service.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Cal Sports AI offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. A 7-day free trial is available with a valid payment method required. You will be charged at the end of your trial unless you cancel. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 48 hours of your first charge if you are not satisfied. After 48 hours, refunds are issued at our discretion. Trial periods are not eligible for refunds. To request a refund, contact support@calsportsai.com.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to resell, redistribute, or republish content from Cal Sports AI without written permission. You may not use automated systems to scrape or download content. Each subscription is for a single user account. You may not use the Service to generate content for republication, resale, or commercial use without a separate written agreement.
8. Content Accuracy
Cal Sports AI uses AI to summarize and analyze publicly available sports news. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. News sources used include GNews, NewsAPI, ESPN, and public RSS feeds — the accuracy of underlying source material is not guaranteed. Always verify important information with primary sources.
9. Intellectual Property
The Cal Sports AI name, logo, and original content are owned by Arby Converse LLC DBA Cal Sports AI. News summaries are derived from publicly available sources. Source articles remain the property of their respective publishers. All source links are provided for attribution.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. We collect email addresses and usage data to provide the Service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end at the conclusion of your current billing period.
12. Limitation of Liability
Cal Sports AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Arby Converse LLC DBA Cal Sports AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding a claim. This limitation applies to all claims, including those arising from AI-generated content.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of incorporation of Arby Converse LLC, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
